Chalo — Urdu for "Let's go" — started with a simple belief: every café, restaurant, and cash-and-carry serving Asian and Halal-conscious customers deserves a coffee and tea brand that feels like it belongs on their counter. We roast every batch fresh in Sheffield and dispatch within 5 days, nitrogen-flushed for peak freshness.

Most shops stock one decaf blend — and it's not very good. We stock three roast profiles in coffee, plus decaf versions of our bestselling chai blends. All decaf coffee uses the natural spring water process, not chemicals.

🌿 Natural Spring Water Process

Most commercial decaf uses chemical solvents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate to strip caffeine. Chalo decaf is different — we use only natural spring water to gently extract caffeine while preserving the full aroma, oils, and flavour compounds of the bean. The result is a decaf that actually tastes like the coffee it is supposed to be. 99.9% caffeine free. No chemicals. No compromise.
